to the point where

miss
it
but how can we miss it
when

staring us in the face

leaving one way of life
in lieu
of
another
not the decision to leave
but the participation
in the journey
actively leaving behind
guilt
addictions
stress
slavery
chains
hurts
darkness
anger
confusion
shame
discontentment
lust
lust
brokenness
breaking through the gates of darkness
choosing to enter the land of light
we could just "open up" to freedom
or we could just live it
but all in all we need to accept it, choose it
be in control
but out of control enough to be free
because it's our choice
partially
or
wholly
will we allow ourselves to participate
in our own exodus?
because
we
are
all
going
somewhere
the land of milk and honey
because panera just is
enjoy the cliche, enjoy life
